Preparation and Usage: Viviscal supports healthy hair growth in 4 stages over a 3-6 month period. Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3-6 months (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, with water after food). Thereafter take 1-2 tablets daily as required.
