The name KAOS is based in Danish history when Thorvald Stauning used the phrase Stauning or Chaos to win re-election as Prime Minister in 1935. Stauning Whisky brings you both Stauning and KAOS.
Stauning KAOS Whisky is winner of a Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2022, Gold at New York International Spirits Competition 2023 and Double Platinum at the American Spirits Council of Tasters 2023.

Preparation and Usage: Enjoy drinking Stauning KAOS Whisky neat, on ice, or in a whisky cocktail such as the KAOS Manhattan: 5 cl. (2 oz.) Stauning KAOS Triple Malt Whisky, 2 cl. (1 oz.) Sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Stir over ice before straining into a coupette glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry or twist of orange peel.

Tasting notes: Cereals, apples, cinnamon, orange, and a hint of bonfire smoke on the nose. Rounded with sweet orchard fruits, citrus, toffee and vanilla on the palate. The finish has notes of chocolate, nougat, oak, and sweet, gentle smoke.
