Ttry making a Roku & Tonic with ginger. Ingredients: 25ml or 50ml Roku, 150ml Chilled tonic water. Glass: Highball. Ice: Cubed. Garnish: 6 x slices of fresh ginger. Method: Fill a chilled highball glass with ice. Add Roku and half the ginger. Top up with chilled tonic water. Top with more ice if necessary. Gently stir to mix the ingredients. Garnish with 6 slices of fresh ginger.
