A cereal which is a natural source of fibre with no added sugar and artificials. Suitable for vegans when paired with a plant-based milk substitute such as oat milk or soy milk.
Preparation: Hob - Mix 40g of Jumbo Quaker Oats with 195ml of milk (or cold water) in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Microwave - 800W 2mins 30secs or 900W 2 mins.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
