Preparation and Usage: Serving suggestion: Try adding spring onions and cucumber (not included) to your pancakes. Cooking guidelines: Oven cook from chilled. Preheat oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7. Remove sleeve and tray film. Place pancakes and sauce to one side. Roast duck for 50 minutes. Once cooked, shred the meat and skin using two forks. Heat pancakes in microwave for 35-40 seconds. Drizzle sauce on each pancake, add shredded duck, roll and enjoy.
