Tasting notes: A radiant golden hue leads into a nose of white flowers, hawthorn, and crisp green apple, with subtle hints of apricot and citrus. On the palate, it is lively and structured, offering a silky mousse and complex notes of lemon zest, fleshy stone fruit, and a distinct saline minerality that drives a long, elegant finish.
