Preparation and Usage: How to brew loose leaf tea. let the whole rolled leaves do their thing. The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature and brewing time. 1 Scoop of tea per 400ml. 85 ° boiling water is spot on. 3-4 minutes brewing time. If you don't have one of our scoops, about 2 tsps of tea should do it.

Brewing Tip: The key to brewing loose leaf green tea is in the water temperature. Too cool and it'll under brew. But pour boiling water straight on and you risk a bitter cup. 80-85 degrees is perfect. Or just add a quarter cold water to your teapot first and then top up with boiling water.

Pair Yunnan Green with goat's cheese - the creamier, the better. It really brings out the grassy notes.
