The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature and brewing time. 1 Scoop of tea per 400ml 100° boiling water is spot on 3-5 minutes brewing time If you don't have one of our scoops, about 2 tsps of tea should do it. Brewing Tip: Your tea will start tasting bitter if it's left too long. If you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves. Pair English Breakfast with really good milk chocolate to really bring out the sweeter caramel notes.
