Rolled whole leaves. No dust, ever. Our tea is made from the freshest rolled whole leaves - two leaves and a bud from the top of the tea plant, gently rolled and dried. The result is a much better tea and a richer, tastier cup.
113g is about 25 cups of tea.

Preparation and Usage: How to brew loose leaf tea. Let the whole rolled leaves do their thing. The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature and brewing time. Scoop of tea per 400ml, 100 ° boiling water is spot on, 3-5 minutes brewing time. If you don't have one of our scoops, about 2 tsps of tea should do it. Brewing Tip: Your tea will start tasting bitter if it's left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves. A splash of milk is perfect to finish it off. Pair Assam with well-toasted, buttered bread and a little honey. The ultimate breakfast.
