Cooking Guidelines: Hob - From Ambient : 6-8 mins. Rinse 100g cous cous thoroughly in cold water. Bring 500ml water to the boil in a large saucepan on the medium hob ring over a high heat, add the cous cous. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6-8 minutes, until the cous cous has softened but is slightly firm to the bite. Drain thoroughly, leave to stand for 10 minutes and use as required.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal using the tape provided.
