Cooking Guidelines: Hob - From Ambient : 18-24 mins. Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add 4 diced skinless chicken breasts and fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the contents of the jar of sauce and gently simmer for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Alternatively use prawns, turkey or pork, or for a vegetarian alternative use a variety of mixed vegetables. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
