Cooking Guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General : We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Stir Fry - From Ambient : 7-8 Mins. Cut 2 peppers and 1 onion into thin strips. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large frying pan until piping hot. Add 300g of chilled prawns in a single layer to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn the prawns over and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the peppers and onion strips to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften and the prawns are cooked through. Drive off any excess water in the pan. Reduce the heat, add the seasoning. Stir-fry for a further 1 minute until the seasoning coats the prawns and vegetables. Microwave - From Ambient : 700W 1 Mins 10 Secs / 900W 55 Secs. Flex the pack to loosen the tortillas before opening. Remove all packaging. Microwave on full power. Take a warm tortilla, add the prawns and vegetable mix along the centre of the tortilla. Cut the corner off the salsa and drizzle over the mix. Roll the tortilla up to make a fajita. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
