Product Information: Produced on the lush slopes of the volcanic island of java, these coffee cherries are carefully hand picked and sorted to maximise their flavour and intensity. The volcanic soil of the island provides this coffee with rich tones, velvety dark chocolate notes and a hint of mild acidity.
Preparation and Usage: For Cafetières & Filters. This coffee is ground to suit filter coffee brewing methods. Add one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee for each cup required. How to Prepare: Measure one dessert spoonful of coffee for each cup required. For cafetières: internally, warm the cafetière with hot water, empty and add the coffee as required. Pour water just off the boil onto the coffee and leave to brew for 3-5 minutes. For filters: Follow equipment manufacturer's instructions.
