Cooking Guidelines: Microwave - From Ambient : 700W 3 mins / 900W 1 1/2 mins. Empty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (700W), 1 minute (900W). Remove cover, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute (700W), 30 seconds (900W). Drain and serve. For microwaves with different outputs, refer to your handbook and adjust the heating times accordingly.
